Package your boat, and trailer, with an outboard to improve range and performance.

Freshwater electric thrusters from Minn Kota and Motor Guide (along with battery and charger) can be supplied with your boat. 13.7kg - 24.5kg thrust or if you prefer just under '1.5hp' to '2.5hp' - a rough 'conversion' is apparantly 10kg = 1 HP..

We recommend 4 stroke outboards for quiteness, better fuel consumption and ease of operation (no oil mix) but there is nothing wrong with a good 2 stroke, not as noisy as in the past, cheaper  - and they are still legal - only problem is finding new ones..
